By the year 2020 the population of Vietnam is expected to exceed 100 million. The country has one of the highest savings rates in South East Asia yet less than 5 per cent of the population lives in modern dwellings. Vietnamese youth is ambitious and driven, with lifestyle, health and entertainment among its top priorities.
